Gates Estates is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPOS) and subscribes to its Code of Practice and complaints procedure, details of which can be obtained from our Birdwell, Head office or on-line at We continually strive to provide excellent customer service but should you have a complaint which cannot be satisfied by using our in-house complaints procedure (form attached explaining the steps) then the TPOS is the final step, using the TPO Complaints Handling Toolkit via the following link
